What details/description should be included in a Jira Data Center Migration Project Go live/Roll out plan?

I am looking for a list of Action Items that can be put together for the Jira Data Center Migration Project. In other words, what does a Robust go-live/Roll plan look like?

Hi @Ruchi Uppal 

Basically you need to clarify if you want to migrate from Server or Cloud and to which non clustered or clustered environment. 

When you migrate to non clustered then migration from Server is relatively easy mostly updating licenses od main apps and all plugins that have version for Data Center. 

For clustered environment check list is a little longer and include steps on the infrastructure side first like preparing Load Balancer, shared files server, database. Then reconfiguring application so that it would be ready to manage more than one node. 

Migration from Cloud is a completely different story and it requires analysis what you have on your application installed, customized, how big is it an what you want to migrate what not. Anyway this is course also possible just harder and require more time and preparation.

Thank you for your response, We are migrating from on Prem Jira to Data Center/AWS and not cloud. 

I am basically looking for a Robust go-live plan/script or I should say Jira Data Center Migration Checklist.
