I have a Jira issue with links to a Bitbucket (server) branch and a PR in the development panel, but when anyone clicks on them neither the branch or PR can be found. I have asked users with full admin rights to click on the links and they get the same result of nothing found.
I think these links are invalid, but how do I find out where Jira thinks they are linked to or how do I get them cleared out?
Can you be more specific on "Nothing is found"? Does it open Bitbucket? Does it give an error message? What URL is displayed in the browser?
When I click on the Open PR link it opens a popup window with all the PRs, but they all have a status of Merged. None of them say open.
When I click on the branch link it opens another popup window with no branches listed. The window has the below message.
Message when clicking on branch link -- > "You don't have access to view all related branches. Please contact your administrator."
When I ask my administrator to take a look, they get the same message.
There is no visible URL in the popup windows.
The links just have the branch and pr parameters appended to the end of the usual URL. "?devStatusDetailDialog=branch" and "?devStatusDetailDialog=pullrequest"

chris_onsetcomp, did you ever figure this out? It's just started for us. I only know about one issue so far, but maybe it's others too?

Hi @Mike Diehn , We are moving to Jira Cloud so I didn't really spend much time debugging it, but I was never able to figure out the cause of this problem. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
