Jira-Gitlab integration are not working. Unable to add repository any idea Jira config to look at

I did create a GitHub Enterprise connection to use with GitLab.
The DVCS account did get created but the refresh repositories do not work.
No repository is added.
Any idea if I should look on Jira side or GitLab to troubleshoot.
