Jira Home directory is empty after the installation

I have installed Java 10 and PostgreSQL 9.6 in windows 8

when I run the Jira 7.11.1 installer, without any error the application is installing successfully. 

But when I check the home directory it is empty. Help me with this error.

That suggests you are not looking in the home directory you told it to use.

If the application is running ok, have a look at the "system information" page, that will tell you what it is using for home.

Thank you for your suggestion Nic,

The error is because of environmental variables. I have not set the java and jre variables, after setting them, jira is running successfully.
