When a colleague of mine was using confluence and jira, something strange happened. He created a jira issue on confluence, but the reporter is another colleague. We use the company's internal identity authentication service (CAS) to login confluence and jira. But we use local user data to manage users.

你提到的用户A在Conf中创建Issues会在Jira中记录Reporter为用户B,如果两者对换,也会出现B创建的显示A为Reporter吗?

可以做个排除法:
1. 用户A直接在Jira中创建Issues,显示Reporter为A,说明Jira里workflow等均正常,也不存在postfunction等重定向Reporter的可能?
2. 用户管理用的公司内部的身份认证服务(CAS),如果是单点登录也不存在用户A Conf授权应用的时候错误匹配了B用户的可能,如你所述也测试过重新授权了?
3. 可以测试下用户B在Jira里创建一个Issue,并对用户A隐藏(Project不授权,或设置Security scheme 均可),之后请用户A在Conf里直接通过Jira Marco来调用显示这个Issue,能否看到 ?-- 测试用户A在Conf中链接Jira究竟是调用是谁的user id.

我按第三点做了实验:
1.在一个项目中添加B,A在conf中可以搜索到该项目的issue.
2.从项目中移除B,A无法在conf中搜索到该项目issue
3.项目中添加 A ,A无法从conf中搜索到该项目issue.

问题定位到了,但不确定是系统的Bug,或是其它原因了。

BTW,在此之前也可以试试Cache Managemnt里Fluash all,以及重启服务器。
