Jira Log Hours

Hi Team,

I am trying to validate the hours logged by all my team members for the month of May, I am able to tally everyone's but not one user. His hours logged in my system says 141.5 hours however, in his system it says 165.75 hours. I am not sure how is this possible. 

Please help me with this.

How are you checking the total of logged hours?

Any chance that users logged hours in a Jira project where ou don't have permissions in? Or even on a Jira ticket with issue restrictions (less common).

I have required permissions to fetch my teammate's logged hours.
