Jira Misc Workflow Extensions removed Sprint when status is changed

Hi,

I notices something odd. In one of our projects issues can go from "Ready" to" Doing" If an issue is in a Sprint and "Ready", and a user updated its status to "Doing" the Sprint is removed from the issue.

Looking at the history of the issue, the "Jira Misc Workflow Extensions" removed the sprint.

Does anyone know why this may happen? Is it some configuration on our side that's not quite right?

Hi @Alex Hoogendoorn 

You can ask your JIRA admin to review the Workflow use for the specific issue type in the project.

Most likely there is a postfunction that clear the Sprint field when transitioning  from one status to another.
