Jira - One Workflow Automation for different specified user

Hi All,

Right now I have a workflow automation that sends an email to a specified user. The body it hard coded for a specific user. If I have 6 users I have to create 6 different automated workflows.

Is there a way to create one workflow automation that sends a customized email for each 6 specified user?

ex.

email sent - of all the open issues for userA

body:

issues: list of all open issues ID for userA

how are you sending an email? Are you using an app?
