Hello,
I use to have access to admin for changing/editing/ending sprint's in our Jira account for DeepCure. (I take care of all of these functions).
However, now I do not have the permissions they have been restricted and I see the image below when I try to complete the sprint.
The Admin on Jira have tried to fix my permission control but there has been no change even when I refresh.
Thank you.
Sarah

Hi @Sarah Bowes
The permissions on Jira are more or less absolute. So what you should check first here is the filters on the board which you're trying to manage. Does it contain multiple issues from different projects and do you have the right permissions on those other projects. That would be a starting point to figuring out why you can't manage sprint even though you have the manage sprint permission on the current project.
Okay, thank you. I will try to look into this.
How would I upgrade to full permissions from different projects? Is there a link I can send the other admin to upgrade myself?

@Sarah Bowes You should ask your admin if they can add you into those other projects (permission scheme) so you can manage the sprints. You do not need to upgrade your Jira privilege on the instance to manage sprint. You just need the right permissions on the projects you want to manage. I believe your admin should start first by checking out the filters concerned. Then they can use the permission helper https://example.atlassian.net/secure/admin/PermissionHelperAdmin.jspa to find out what permissions you have on those projects for manage sprint.
