We subscribed to a Jira Premium account, and we would like to confirm whether there are any limitations on the number of active users allowed under this plan ?

Hi @wajih.benslimane welcome to the community!  Are you having a specific issue with licensing, or were you just wondering how many licenses you can have?  As that linked article mentioned, the Premium Plan for Jira Cloud allows up to 50,000 users. One other possibility could be that you signed up for an annual plan for a specific number of users. Adding users to that requires a prorated quote.

If you have specific questions regarding your licensing, you could open a ticket with Atlassian Support and select the 'Billing, payments and pricing' option.
