Hi @Vineela AK
What do you mean by a "report"?
You can use JQL to list issues including the fields you noted. And the results could be reviewed on the page, exported to a spreadsheet, shown in a dashboard, etc.
To get you started using JQL, please review this documentation and free training:

Hi @Vineela AK
if I understand you correctly, you want to see the story points per person per sprint.
I'm not personally aware of a good way of doing this in plain Jira (perhaps someone else can lean in?) but if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll have multiple options available. E.g., this would be trivial to do using the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira:
For context, JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting. With these, building a view like the above is really just a matter of a couple of clicks.
This is really just one example; I'm sure there are other apps that can help with this, too. As Nic said very eloquently here, there's a lot of things to consider when looking at an individual's story points, so whatever tool you end up with, definitely use this data with caution.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes
