Jira Rest API get aggregate story points on Epic

Hi,

In the backlog view of scrum-boards one can see the total aggregate of story points for an epic:

Is this aggregation availble in the REST API? If so - how? I can't seem to find it.

No, that statistic is not available separately via the REST API.

You'll need to search for all the Stories in that Epic, get their individual Story Points, then sum them up yourself.

How do you get the story points on a Story ?
