Jira Server To Jira Cloud migration issues

I have recently migrated from Jira server version to Jira cloud using the steps mentioned in the following document,

However, I am facing following issues after migration,

1. Attachments are missing 

2. User avatars don't appear even after restoring attachments folder successfully

3. Custom filters are not available in Cloud after migration

Can you please help with these issues as I could not find a relevant answers even after lot of rnd on these issues.
