Hi,
I'm trying to connect our existing Jira Server to Microsoft Teams using "Jira Server" connector by Atlassian.
In order to connect I have updated our instance to Jira Software to 8.11.0 and we use Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.15561.
I finally was able to complete authentication in Microsoft Accounts and my Jira instance in "Jira Server" connector plugin for Microsoft Teams.
Everything looks good I can browse my Jira issues, however the Jira bot doesn't work at all (screenshot) and "Create Issue" button displays spinner that lasts forever.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Dmytro, thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately it doesn't look like your screenshot attached - sometimes the Community editor can be a bit finnicky when pasting images. Can you reply to this message and try attaching by first clicking the camera icon in the editor toolbar?
Thanks,
Daniel
Thank you for noticing this! I edited original message, hope this works too.

Hi @Dmytro Pohromskyy ,
We've released an update to the Teams app that should address this. Can you try again in Teams and see if it's all clear for you now?
Thanks,
Daniel

@Move Work Forward we are in the midst of a transition of the app to Atlassian, per our partnership agreement with Microsoft.

Hi @Sascha Jostock ,
Our dev team took a look at your screenshot and had a suggestion. Would you be able to use a browser (or clear your cache if you're already using Teams in a browser) and try to connect again?

I tried again after more than a month and still this bot is broken. I can browse and create issues (why it so slow?? ) but the bot isn't working at all.
