Hello Community,
I'm trying to create a report where I can see the worklog / worked hours that the user's input in each task of issues in JSD. The problem is, those logged time doesn't appear in the "Tempo" section in Jira.
I found that there is a JSD report but I can't find the way to see the hours our users logs, I only can see the elapsed time.
Thank you for helping me,
Regards,
Auw
Hi @Auwlyee_Cabrera ,
Can you please check that you have the "View all worklogs" permission for the JIRA Service Desk project (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/173899777/To+grant+View+All+Worklogs+permissions+for+a+project). This permission gives you access to view worklogs of other users.
You can then go to Tempo, Reports, Project Report and select the Service Desk Project.

Hello Suzanne,
Thank you so much for your response.
I just check the permissions for the project and all of them I change it for a normal project and still doesn't appear the hours that our users put into each task.
It's weird because one is a normal default scheme software and the other is Service Desk Scheme.

Have you considered using any other apps that provide support for retrieving user logged hours? Querying "Worklogs" on the Atlassian Marketplace will offer you some options. One app that we have developed at SolDevelo and that I use for the similar use case is Worklogs - Time Reports for Jira
It sounds like it may just fit your needs as well.
Best,
Sebastian.

Hello Sebastian,
Thank you so much for the reply and the recommendation.
I use the application but for some reason, all the users go into one user named "Tempo Timesheets" and then I cannot see who is the user that charge that hours on that activity,
Its weird because if I use Tempo it tell me who it was but with Worklogs tell me only that user
