Hi,
Is there a possibility of Jira Service Management(Cloud) support ticket to integrate with any one Jira Software (Server) project?
Regards,
Anjitha S A
Hi @anjitha_s
(This is Syed - a pre-sales engineer at Exalate)
Syncing a JSM support ticket to a Jira Server project is the bread and butter of Exalate issue sync app. You can have a fully bi-directional sync setup in less than 10 mins. Exalate allows you the ease and convenience of a visual interface to configure your mappings, or a full-blown scripting engine if you would prefer God-like powers.
If you would like to see the tool in action, please feel free to book a demo.
Thanks
Syed
Hi @anjitha_s
As you might have already learned from Syed's comment above, there are a few Marketplace 3rd party apps that allow you to achieve such configuration.
I'm part of the Issue Sync - Synchronization for Jira team and our plugin meets the exact scenarios described in your last message. It makes it possible to:
I encourage you to give Issue Sync a try. Of course, in case of any questions, feel free to contact us!

Yes, you can "integrate" them.

I need to create one project in the Jira server instance and integrate with the Service management project. Once the integration is done,
1. If i create a ticket in the Service management project, a ticket should be created in the jira project.
2. If there is a change in the Jira Server project, it should reflect in the Service management project as well.

Hi, @anjitha_s
ZigiWave team here. You can easily achieve the integration you want and sync the data you need. Our no-code integration platform ZigOps will help you achieve that in a matter of minutes. It allows the transfer of default and custom fields between the systems upon integration, and syncs them in real-time. Tickets, as in your case, are transferred automatically between the two systems and synced - a change in one of the systems get instantly reflected in the other so everything is kept up to date. Our tools reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields.
If you want to see how it works in action: you can book a demo.
