Jira Software is displaying like Jira Core

Connor Thornton May 15, 2020

My organization was using Jira Core, we just upgrading to Jira Software. Right now, whenever I go into Jira Software, it has the look and functionality of Jira Core. Do I need to do anything else to activate the product so it looks and behaves like Jira Software?

Did you add users to Jira software group?

Yes, we have the users added to the Jira Software group. Do we need to remove the Jira Core product?

Jira Software is an application that runs on top of Jira Core.  It uses the same look-and-feel because all its work is done through Jira Core.

You don't need to do anything to "make it look and behave like Jira Software", it will appear automatically when you start using a Software project, or Boards or Epics.
