Jira Software server

I have Jira Software Server installed and have a valid license. When I try to Restore system I can't create Software project anymore and the system says "Jira Software is licensed but not currently installed."

What should I do to fix this? All I need is a single project to import from old system.

Hey @Bob B

Go to admin -> manage applications, there should be an option to install Software from there. 

If that does not work, what version of Jira do you currently have? 

You can try performing a reindex as well.

What log should I attach here? Where is log file located?

It depends how far through the install gets.  Start with a look at <the jira home you chose>/logs - if it exists, then atlassian-jira.log is the one we want.  If it's not there, then it should be <the jira installation directory you chose>/log/catalina.out (but also check that directory for other logs, there could be more hints in there).

Thank you very much for all your help. When I accidentally installed https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.ext.calendar/server/overview the software started to work....
