I need to creat a workflow in which I have to control in between my issues. They only continues if the question e.g. "Are you over 16 years old?" is answered with yes (radio button). If the answer is no, it should remain at the previous issue.
It is also important that it is user-friendly, which means I must not have too many transitions

that's no problem. You need to create a screen first where you add a field for the question. You could either add a "date of birth" date field or you can simply add a number field and validate it in the Workflow. You then create the transition and add the screen and the validator to it.
With what step exactly do you need help? Have you worked with the workflow editor before?
