Hi, pls is it possible to add severity as an option just the way we have priority ? Thanks

You can add a custom field called Severity?

If this is a Company-managed Project...

1. Go to Settings > Issues
2. Select Custom Fields from the left-hand menu
3. Create a new field - I'd suggest a Select List (single choice)
4. Once created, modify the new field's context - and add some drop-down options (eg. Critical, Major, Minor, Trivial, etc).
5. Add the field to the relevant Screen(s) where Severity is needed.

If this is a Team-managed Project...

1. Go to Project Settings > Issue Types
2. Select the Issue Type where you want to add the field
3. Drag a Dropdown field from the right-hand menu
4. Name it, and give it some options
5. Press Save Changes

I assume you mean for Company-managed Projects?

Once you've created the Custom Field, still in Settings > Issues:

1. Choose Screens from the left-hand menu
2. Locate/Select a Screen used by the relevant Project(s)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list of Fields, and select the new Severity Field from the select box to add it to the Screen
4. If needed, click/hold on the icon next to the Field's name to drag/drop it to another location in the list
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for all other relevant Screens
