Jira & JSM Cloud Apps License Sharing

Hello there,

I hope you’re doing good and healthy.

I would like to get a clarification on the following scenario.

Scenario:

We have a Jira Cloud subscription of 500 users, and Jira Service Management Cloud subscription of 100 agents.

We would like to buy some marketplace app which supports both Jira Cloud & JSM Cloud.

Question:

• How the App license is shared with both Jira Cloud & JSM Cloud?
• If we buy an app with 500 users, will it work with JSM?

You always have to go with the highest user count buying an app, so in this case you would have go with 500 users. JSM is a feature of Jira Cloud, so it will have access to apps that you use for Jira Cloud.
