I have created one automation rule and it's a global, but this rule is not working for one of the projects. Especially it is not working in Canada time, because when I test it in the India time zone then it works.
Rule Description:
There are two projects "Project-A" and "Project-B".
Project-B task is linked with Project-A Task.
The automation rule is set up in "Project-A" and its a global.
This rule auto-updates the status of the Project-B task when the user updates the status of the Project-A task.
Hi @vdhanorkar
What exactly is not working? (And thanks for sharing the rule!). Can you share the audit log for when the rule does not work?
Hi @John Funk
There is no log generated, this is the issue, in Canada time zone the rule is not getting triggered.

For the linked issue? Or the rule itself does not fire? The rule is based on an issue transition - that has nothing to do with dates.
Is there another rule that causes the issue to to be transitioned to Done and then this one fires?

That's what I am saying, the rule is not getting triggered in Canada only, and ultimately logs are also not getting generated.
No, it's an independent rule.
Just for info. I am able to fire this rule successfully in India.

Okay, that makes no sense. The rule has nothing to to do with time zone.
When you say it is not getting triggered in Canada, what exactly is happening? An issue is getting moved to Done and the trigger doesn't even fire? Or it fires and doesn't meet the conditions?
Do these happen in different projects?

Yes task is getting moved to Done but the trigger doesn't fire. No it is happening to only one project.
