i have an easy autmation, runs every day and checks if the custom Date field "Remindme" is equal today. If, yes then please send a mail.
Audit log reports, that emails have been sent, but they are not reaching my Inbox / Junk Email.
what is a bit curious, they did until end of september. Did something change?
Has someone an idea or same issue?

If your site is in a free plan, Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan, then email notifications will be paused until the following day.

thx for the quick response. Yes, currently I am using a free plan.
No, I do not reach this limitation.
And the "RemindMe" Rule runs at 6 am in the morning, so at that time for sure not.
Do you have another ideas, why it could not work?
