Jira automation to update date fields between two stories in different projects

I have an epic E1 in project A . The epic E1 is linked to another epic E2  in project B.

If an attribute of an issue under epic E1 is modified, i need it to be updated in epic E2 's different attribute.

@Sebastian Krzewiński Thanks for the response. I couldn't get exactly what I am looking for from the above links. 

I am looking to update the related issue of a parent Epic of the triggered issue. 

Is there a way we can use jql smart values to achieve it. I am very new to jira automation. So not able to figure out the solution.
