Jira automation transition not as expected

Hi gurus,

I would like to create an automation rule as follow:

when all the children task are completed, if the parent status is "In PO Review Demo", then transit the parent story to "Sprint Complete"

I did create rule like this but seems not work as expected. any advice? appreciate

Please can you share some more information?

Are you getting any errors in the audit log? What is happening when you test this?

We have a similar automation in a customer instance and we put, after the trigger, this action

which allows for the alignment between the child / parent issues before you want to do the next transition.

Can you try adding this and share your results / feedback?

thanks @Valerie Knapp for the advice. most of them looks ok, the issue transit successfully however it give me an error. not sure if this can be avoided?

Hi @jacob cheng , please can you check that the Resolution field is present on the edit screen for the Story / Subtask issues or that there is a transition screen with this field on it?
