Jira core installation problem on "Set Up Application properties" page

Stuck on Set up application properties page

on http://localhost/SetupApplicationProperties.jspa

i try to re-install but fond the same problem.

- how to reset installing config, it seem after i re-installed it use old config and come to this page again.

- why this problem happen?

installing evironment

Windows 10 Pro
8GB of RAM
Xenon E3
500 GB HDD
***install on eSXI 6.5

What does "stuck" mean? Tell us the symptoms (we can assume "stuck" means "Jira not appearing to do anything else", but what is on screen?).

And what does the application log say (look at the last couple of hundred lines at the point at which you get stuck)

yes nothing happen after i click next.

it stuck on that page when i fill all field for Name and Host
and then i click on Next it seem load something but nothing happen.

still go to that page after i try to restart service or even i try to re-install

Doesn't seem to want to open, sorry.

I deleted all files and folders after uninstalled. And re install again in stuck on the same page after click next button nothing happen
