Does Jira Core and Jira Software servers have official recommendation for disaster recovery? What are the best business practices for Jira Core and Jira Software servers?

I think the Data Centre Version is one option to DR.

Also to add - this looks more like an Infrastructure Design approach rather than application.

What I meant was is I am looking for is, if there were any kind of official DR recommendation for Jira Core server. 

Yes, I am aware of DR depends on infrastructure but I am just being curious ...
