Jira create issue screen

Is it possible in the new version of Jira to have the create issue screen the same as the edit issue screen?

Just to confirm your request; you want to know if you can associate the create issue and edit issue schemes with the same screen? If this is correct you should be able to.

I believe that is right - just to clarify...

If I'm looking at my issues on a Kanban board, and I create an issue or edit an issue, the screen is the same, which is the more detailed view.
