Jira data center/ server: swimlanes

I set up swimlanes by Epic, but it seems it just gather all the epic in a single swimlanes. Does there any other soulution to solve this problem or I need other configuration to be able to set up swimlane based on Epic?

What version of the product are you using?

Can you show us the Swimlanes configuration page?

Can you show us a screen image of your board when you have set the Swimlanes configuration page to Epics?

Can you explain to us what you think you should be seeing that you are not seeing?

When you select Epics for your Swimlane configuration, you should get a horizontal swimlane for each Epic that is included in your board. The Epic key and name will show as a header for the swimlane, and the lane itself will show cards for the child issues of that Epic. It will show cards only for the child issues that are within the scope of the board.

     Thanks for replying. My version is jira server 8.22.2. After I create the other task, it suddenly have epic swimlanes. I supposed it was a web connection problem.

     But after that, the task I create with epic link. It is supposed to show in that specific epic swimlane, but it turns out show in "other issue" swimlane.

Can you please provide the following screen images?

1. Your Swimlane configuration screen

2. Your board, when you have configured the swimlanes as Epics

And please tell us the following:

1. The filter used by your board

2. The issue keys of the task you created and the Epic you assigned it to.
