Hi!
I'm a new user of Jira. I have a question about tickets. Is there a opportunity to create little tasks in the main one? I guess there's somewhere a manual but I can't find it.

There is such an option. I attached how you can do it. It's called a "sub-task".

Sounds like a good description of "sub tasks" to me.

For Server, DC and Company-managed projects, your jira or system admins will need to add one or more sub-task types to your project (via the issue type scheme).  Once that is done, you'll find anyone who can create issues in the project will have "create sub-task" in the options menu for standard level issues.

For team-managed projects the project admin can enable sub-tasks in the issue settings for it.
