Jira goes down

Hi

My Jira goes down frequently at irregularly frequency. Can be 1 or 2 times by week, or, like this morning in 1h : 4 times.

Can you please help me this issue.

you should be able to turn your question to atlassian, it is possible to send a back up of your installation and they, can hopefully give you an answer.
