Jira import with new Parent not working

Hello

I have been using Bulk import feature to upload Epics and Tasks that are linked to Epics to Jira.

After the new feature where Parent has been intriduced, it is no longer possible (or it is difficult to find) how to do this now.

The goal is to upload Epics and related Tasks in one go.

Hi Steven - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should be able to map that level in your CSV to the Parent field. Try the Settings > System > External System Import path if you have problems.

Thanks. We managed to do this by using relative ID fields between the Tasks and Epics. This could be mentioned in the tutorials.

Yes - that would be the Parent field I mentioned.
