Jira instance seems broken (Regular users logged out / Access limited for Admins)

We are on a Free Jira plan. amatsii.atlassian.net
The last 4 days, our Jira instance seems to be broken
- Only Admins can view our issues (work items) in the list
- Both Admins and Regular users cannot access our Kanban Board
This is what we see when we view Jira under our list of products
Attempting to create a new Kanban board shows these errors
Does anyone have an idea how we can attempt to resolve this?
