Dear team,
We would like to integrate JIRA with Azure for SSO. We are following up with the below procedure https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/jiramicrosoft-tutorial.
However we don't see Add-ons option from JIRA administrator. Could you please help me on this?
Thanks & Regards,
Senthil
Hi @Thirusenthilathiban Kusalavapandy ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!
The which you are following is for Jira server/DC to Azure Integration but i think selected tag for Cloud. To integrate Atlassian cloud with Azure you need to have Atlassian Access another product of Atlassian that act as an intermediator between Atlassian cloud and Azure.
To know more about Atlassian Access.
You can follow this doc which has detailed steps on How to Integrate Atlassian cloud with Azure.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
Mayur

The above attachment is from our admin portal view. I don't see security option. I'm looking for SAML Single sign on option.
Normally it should be like this in the attachment. This is a reference.

@Thirusenthilathiban Kusalavapandy as I told before to have the integration between any IDP to Jira cloud, that will be done through Atlassian access. You need get the subscription for the Atlassian Access, after that you need to claim the domain in order to start with the integration with IDP.

Hi Mayur,
Apparently we have valid Atlassian subscription for our organization. Please find the attached screen shot for your reference. We have raised one separate ticket for this issue as well. The ticket number is :JST-778603
Could you please check is that enough to achieve our requirement? If not please let us know what's kind of subscription access should we require to get? What would be the cost for that subscription? Please confirm.

Hi Mayur,
Considering your comments, I will treat that Atlassian access would need to be procured in order to have SSO with ADFS as well.
In addition to that, I hope this is the correct document for SSO configuration with ADFS https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-with-ad-fs/. Is that correct?
Thanks & Regards,
Senthil
