Jira is down - Cannot load pages

Cannot load pages for almost 30 minutes. Is there any problem?

Same here (Germany), Jira Software, JSM... down or slooow

Same here (UK), it is slow or not all components load or search doesn't work ...

There seems to be no major problem (for jira). You can check the cloud status of all products on this page: https://status.atlassian.com/

I checked the status page but it doesn't mean anything to me if my pages are not loading during the working hours and blocking my work. 

Now it's working but it'd been down almost 4 hours. 

You can see other responses that it wasn't working in different countries as well.

I didn't mean to imply there was no problem for you (or others). I just referred to the status page which was not displaying an outage.
