Hi,
I've just connected to our company Jira page and it was loaded in Chinese.
When I used the same page (link in Cloud in the format *.atlassian.net) from our company network, it was displayed normally in English. Why are there 2 different language versions based on where I log in from?
Is this just a wrong setting like default language? or could it be some security issue?
Thank you
EDIT: OK, now I've been told it's Korean... anyway, my question is still valid.
There are a number of possibilities that can lead to Korean being shown.
To start troubleshooting this I will get you to navigate to the link below and provide a screenshot of your default language settings.

Kind regards,
Mark
Thank you. I suppose I need to be an admin for opening the link you provided?
All I get is:
and it stays like this for ever.
But as I said, I'm not an admin for the project in Jira, nor for anything else, I just use it for my work.

Hi @Pavel Saman,
There are two possibilities then, your site administrator has set Korean as the default language for your works Jira instance or your profile has been setup with Korean as the preferred language.
Let's check to see what default language your profile has set, please follow the steps below!
Go to Your profile and settings > Settings
Select your language and choose Save changes.
Kind regards,
Mark

Thank you for additional guidance.
I checked my settings, this is what I have there:
I guess this is alright. I'll try to ask our site admin about this setting as well.
