Hi Team,
I am using Comala Workflow plugin in confluence to send mail to the mailbox configured with Jira project.
Comala workflow plugin helps in creating the states for the confluence pages. So when state changed it will hit the mail to defined address.
When I configured my mail id to it, I am getting the mails. But when I used the mailbox and checked mailbox is getting all the mails but Jira is not able to create a issue out of that.
Please help and suggest if it is not possible, what else I can do.
Thanks,
Rashmi
Hi @Rashmi, is this Jira Core, Software, or Service Desk?
I'd start with a look at the Jira mail queues. (Press "g","g" from a Jira screen to access the quick search menu, then type "mail queue" in the search box and select "Mail queue" from the Administration section of answers.). You may find clues in on the "Error queue" tab.
Another place you may want to look is in the Jira log. There's a nice log analyzer under "Support Tools" (again quickly found in the quick search menu). Click the tab and the analyzer will run and tell you if it finds anything. It often points to documentation on how to address what it finds. You may also need to search the log yourself.
Hope this helps and if so, please consider clicking the "Accept answer" button so others benefit from the "answered" flag in their search results - thanks!
Hi @LarryBrock
Thank you so much for your response. However, Jira is still not converting the mails into issues sent by the plugin Comala Workflow.
Please help.
Thanks,
Rashmi
