Jira is not syncing with Google Drive, I can navigate through folders but the new files are not been sync. I already unlinked the account and synced it again.
I'm logged with the same user on both accounts.
From Jira
From my Drive
Thanks
I came here looking for a solution to the same answer. I was able to solve this by just adding a link to the document rather than attaching it through the Google Docs integration.
Hi there,
Can you let me know which Google Drive add-on you're using to sync your files?

Hi!
Where can I check that?
What I'm doing is:
New Issue> Add attachment> Drive

I'm not familiar with any of the Google Drive add-ons to say for sure, but it's likely one of these:
If you recognize one, you can go to Manage Add-ons in your instance to see if it's installed.
You can also go there anyway and search your user installed add-ons for "Google Drive" and you'll be able to tell which one it is there.
Once you determine which add-on you're using please let me know and I can tag the vendor so they can assist.

Hi, thanks for the link but I haven't install any add-on.
Giphy, Drive, and Dropbox came already with Jira since the beginning.
On the menu: New Issue> Add attachment> ...
Thanks

These connections are not installed by default, they are provided by "apps" which you or your admins have added after getting Jira.
We need to know which apps you have installed to enable them.

Hi, I don't remember installing any connection because I didn't want to pay extra money for now, but how can I check the installed connections?
Thanks

Hi there, @Rookeries Development and @Pepe
I apologize for the confusion! It seems this was a feature rolled out to Cloud instances. I see it mentioned briefly here in the 07 June update of the following documentation:
I spoke with the Cloud team (Nic and I are generally working with Jira Server version, thus the confusion!) and they let me know that you have to at least be the owner of the folder in order for them to sync.
If this is the case, please let me know, and what I'll do is create a support ticket with the team so they can have a look at your log files.
Regards,
Shannon

Hi, I found the problem.
This plugin only sees some file types, like .doc, pdf... The google documents are ignored :/
I wanted to attach a google doc file :( We work with them a lot.

Hi Ein,
This is a known issue that was reported:
The workaround is to download the Google Drive document and then re-upload it as a supported format.
Please vote on that bug and watch it. The vote helps keep track of the number of users running into the issue, and by watching it you can be updated as to when there's any progress made.
Thank you for your understanding!
Regards,
Shannon
