Jira loses users

Hi,

we have the problem that our Jira always lose the useraccounts that are synced by LDAP.

About the System:

Version: 7.3.4

Build-Nummer: 73015

Windows Server 2008 R2 6.1

Apache Tomcat/8.5.6

mysql (5.7.18-log)

I have configured the LDAP synchronisation and it work fine. It passes the test successfully and read out all users (about 236) but after after a few hours the users that have been synced are gone.

Then i go back to the LDAP configuration and sync again Manually and after a few runs the users are back again.

Can some one Help me with this issue?

There's nothing in JIRA that would remove the users except an admin deleting them or an LDAP sync removing them.  It sounds like you have some problem with LDAP not responding or not being available, so when JIRA is trying to fetch them, they look like they've gone.

Hi,

hmm but there is no firewall between Jira and Domaincontroller even the Windowsfirewall ist off.

And every other System works fine with LDAP only in Jira I have the problem.
