Hello,
I simply can't access through the mobile app to my account.
After I enter my credentials there is only loading sign and nothing happens. Looks like it struck. From PC all works fine. I've already tried wi-fi connection, connection through mobile data provider, reload phone and reinstall the application.

Does it work for any of your colleagues or are you the only one not able to log in to the mobile app? Are you on iOS or Android?
Could you be impacted by this bug: JIRA mobile app login cannot handle MS Azure redirect?

Same thing happens to me and my colleagues.
Web version is working fine, but mobile app is struck on dropping inside a project (list of projects is loading well).
We are using both Android and iOS applications.
