I would love to know how I can change a better visual view to the window of the page history, I attached a photo of what I see now

What do you mean by "better"?

If you see in the picture I attached what the history view window looks like, I ask if it is possible to see a different view because it looks a bit complicated

If you were to de-complexify it, it wouldn't be useful as a history display.

What pieces of the history would you like to hide in this display?

It might be, but you'll need to explain what you think would be "more convenient"?
