Jira - "Edit" ticket permission restriction for particular user

Hi,

I wonder if this is possible:

If a ticket is created by user “username”

A description field may not be edited (everything else should stay editable)

you need to remove Description field from the Edit screen. Then this field should not be editable.

Unfortunately, it will also block editing for tickets created by all others.
I think I'll try Behaviours.
