Jira: scripted JQL functions: Not able to see "issueFunction", "hasSubtasks()", subtasksOf() etc.

Some of the scripted JQL functions of Jira are not available in our cloud instance. I tried running few such functions and got the below error message.

Please let me know the solution or any workaround.

Incase there is a plugin required to be installed and subsequently enabled, will it be enabled for the whole organization or it can be selectively enabled project wise in Jira?

I think you might be mixing up Cloud and Server.  Jira Cloud and Jira Server are very different things, and hence, so are the Apps for them.  Despite having the same name, ScriptRunner for Jira Server and ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud are very different.

Your query is trying to use functions that SR Server has.  SR Cloud does not have those functions because Jira Cloud does not (yet) support a way to do them.

For JQL related SR functions in Cloud, see http://scriptrunner-docs.connect.adaptavist.com/jiracloud/jql-aliases.html

Hi @Mohajit Acharya ,

The plug-in is ScriptRunner. To my knowledge, it is available for everyone once it is installed.
