We are using the native Zendesk Support for JIRA app.
When trying to add a public comment to a ZD ticket through the Jira issue, one of our users encounters the following error:
Zendesk Notify
Notification failed. Please try again later.
When impersonating the user I am able to add comments regularly. Any idea why he experiences this issue?

This could be a browser issue (extensions/browser cache).
Did the user tried this in a private browser session?

Ok, in most (new) apps every user needs to approve the app before you can use it. Did the user do that?
