Jira updates issue very late

We have recently upgraded the jira and now have some problems.
Some custom fields are added late after creating the issue.

Like : Summary and Security Level.

Transitions also appear very late after issue creation.

Jira Version: 8.13.1
As you can see issue created 23 min. ago
Level Updated 18 min. ago

In older version of jira it only took 1 or 2 minute for updating but now it works slowly.

Please help me to fix this problem.

@Jamil Rahimov  , are those updates made manually or through automation?

If automation, are you using external scripts with rest api or some postfunctions or automation for JIRA?

Do you generate logs for them?

The problem was on server side

We had problem with CPU.
It worked fine after closing unnecessary apps which consume cpu.
