Jira version upgrade in server

Hi 

We have a plan to upgrade Jira version 7.13 to the latest version is it possible single attempt or can I upgrade 7.13 to 8+ version please give a suggestion

I would not try to go from 7.13 to 9+,but that's because I've not tried it.

We've helped out with, or done, 7.13 to many 8.x versions and never had a problem with the core upgrade.  Some apps have caused minor issues but only stuff you can fix with a bit of reconfiguration of the app or a bulk edit.

As ever, I will insist that you must test everything before you upgrade your production systems, but yes, you should find that 7.13 to 8.latest is a very easy and safe process.
