Hi everyone! Please tell me how can I make a report with statistics? :
TOP 5 projects from which tickets are escalated to my project.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks
Hello @Alex
What is your criteria for determining a project should be in the top 5?
What exactly do you mean by "tickets are escalated to my project"? What does that process involve?
@Trudy Claspill Hello ! For example:
In my company there are 10 projects from which tasks are regularly cloned into my project. That's why there was a need for "TOP 5 projects" statistics so that we could understand from which project most tasks are cloned into our project.

I don't believe that there is native functionality to meet your needs. Are you open to adding a third party app to your environment?
There are several third party apps that extend JQL capabilities and/or provide methods to build custom reports. I don't know one that would meet your specific need, but it may be possible. Some of the "link" functions in Adaptavist Scriptrunner might help you retrieve the list of issue needed to calculate the information.

You can find third party apps in the Altassian Marketplace.

@Trudy Claspill Greetings! I would like to ask for your help if possible. I was able to do this automation, but now I have a small problem with getting the entire list of tasks
