Hi!
When we’re looking at the backlog and want to create a new ticket, we can use the Create button in the top menu. However, this doesn’t automatically place the ticket within the correct project, board, etc.
We also have another Create button available at the very bottom of the backlog, after the last case.
Would it be possible to move (or add) that Create button so it appears right after the first section, “To Do”, instead of only after the “Backlog” section?

Your screenshot is missing, but in relation to your question.
No it is not possible to change the location of the "Create" option on the backlog.
