Hello Everyone,
I have created a Kanban Board for the users and as I am the administrator I can successfully edit its name and delete it if I want.....that is great!
The problem here is that some other users (in another project role - which is not admin) can also view the "Board" drop down menu and they can create/copy boards (however they cannot delete them, which is good). What I wish for is to disable all other users from even creating or copying the boards, can I do that?
Please refer to the screenshot displayed below for better demonstrator (yellow highlighted).
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Khaled_Hassan,
It is possible, however you would need to alter users who have the Create Shared Objects global permission.
Please see the related articles.

Hope this helps.
Removing permissions from "Create Shared Objects" does not remove the button for the user in my experience. I have removed "Create Shared Objects" permissions from my users, and the button is still available everywhere.
