Hi Kalpana,
If I understand correctly, you are trying to install Jira Software, which would let you create either Kanban or Scrum boards in Jira, but you are getting an error message in the process of doing so.
I can help you here in Community with this issue. I would like to know more about this problem. Can you post a screenshot of the error you see? It might also help us if we can take a closer look at the logs Jira is creating during this process. You can gather these from
With these two files we should be better able to understand what Jira is doing and why it is generating an error here. You won't be able to post those entire files to this site directly, you would need to use a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or alike to upload those files first, and then generate a shared link to these files. I'd be happy to take a closer look at these to better understand the error you are getting here.

That is very strange to see. It looks like this an old Jira Agile version, which is what we called Jira Software before the 7.0 release. Those old versions have reached End of Life for support per our policy.
That said, I'd still be interested to try to help here. Could you let me know what version of Jira and what version of Jira Agile you are have here? For Jira server you can find that most easily by going to the footer of most pages to see the version number. For Jira Agile in that version, you will need to go into the Manage Add-ons section (Cog Icon -> Manage Add-ons, and instead of Find new Add-ons, click the manage add-ons link there). Under User installed add-ons you should have an entry there for Jira Agile listed. I'd be interested to see if you can expand that to see the version you have there and whether or not there is an active license installed for that product. It's possible that an expired license could still make this work, but an expired license won't let you upgrade that product.
With Atlassian's Server licensing model, you can continue to use products after they expire, just without support and upgrades (the same is not true for Cloud or Data Center).
Also, I'd still be interested to take a look at the logs. I'm sure there will be error messages to better clues in there that could help us understand this problem.

Reviewing the screenshots, it's clear to me that the Jira Agile plugin is not loading for some reason. If you restart Jira and this continues, then the Jira logs will contain errors during that startup that explain which plugins are failing to start. If I could look at the $JIRAHOME/log/atlassian-jira.log file from this time period, I'm confident I could better understand the cause and give some next steps to try here.
